SOPTALC is a very high quality, pure (100%), talc manufactured by
Sopol Minerals, to be aplied, among others, as a functional filler in the following industries:

• industrial paints and varnishes, as well as anti corrosion agents;
• paper production;
• rubber and plastic production;
• technical and cordierite ceramics;
• thermal insulation and refractory materials;
• and many others.

Here are some examples of this talk applications:

• in the automobile industry, the talc is used for production of mixtures with polypropylene, from which such components are manufactures as, e.g. switchboard and bumpers;
• in the paper industry the talc is used as filling mass which improves smoothness and reduces paper porousness;
• for the production of thermal insulation and refectory materials, we use its resistance for high temperatures, and very efficient thermal insulating properties;
• the hydrophobic talc properties, as well as its plate structure can be used for the production of anti-corrosion and industrial paints;
• for the production of polyethylene sheeting, talc is used as an anti-blocker, which decreases the blocking without loosing of any mechanical properties.

SOPTALC is packed in paper bags of 25 kg each - 1250 kg per one pallet.
